We bring onsite Breathwork, Chair Stretching and Mindfulness Meditation Instruction with practice and Guided Meditation.

Our mission is to bring a great experience that your group will enjoy and bring new healthy coping skills and habits.

We travel to your facility with a variety of options. This is to educate and show appreciation to you. Individual sessions available at owner discretion.

Pricing is per Event with a reasonable travel fee. Specials run often, see social media.

About Kate

Kate Dunn is Registered Nurse in Ohio. She is a Member of American Psychiatric Nurses Association and Statewide Prevention Coalition Association. She is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation and Breathwork Instructor through Yoga Alliance. She is a Certified Teacher with International Kidding Around Yoga. She is a Train the Trainer in her field.

Balance By Kate LLC was started on 9/11 of 2019. So many individuals have trauma, stress, anxiety and depression. We are here to help people find a more peace through calming your mind.

One hour session for Preventative Mental Health

during employee appreciation event, in-service, part of ​your health fair or lunch and learn event.

Our goal is to help with attendance, decrease stress and ​anxiety. Increasing overall mental health, all connected ​to physical well being through work life balance.

Schools

This program is in one or two classes

First, we want teachers to learn our program and additiona​l sessions are available for your comfort level​.

Second, we offer a program for teachers to learn t​o teach children games, activities and meditation.

Third​, we offer clubs or sports teams an activity for the grou​p that is a fun bonding experience.

Our ​mission is to help big and little people to learn to calm​ themselves down.


Mental Health optionS

Option One

Employees Learn types of Breathwork, Chair Stretching and about the benefit​s of​ Mindfulness Meditation, then experience a relaxing Guided Meditation.

Option Two

Continuing training to achieve a level of comfort for the staff to be able to ​share with their clients.

Option three

Ongoing weekly or monthly sessions of clients t​o

learn the program.
